Information we collect
To provide our services we collect: your name, email address and phone number; your service address and location (used to match you with nearby providers and to show live ETA on emergency bookings); your booking history; messages you send through in-app chat; and payment information processed by our payment provider.
For service providers we additionally collect verification documents — CNIC images, business registration where applicable, and a verification selfie.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account.
- To match you with service providers and process bookings.
- To take payments and hold funds in escrow until a job is complete.
- To verify service providers before they can accept work.
- To send booking updates and notifications.
- To investigate disputes and enforce our terms.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary to complete a booking — for example, your first name, address and contact route are shared with the provider assigned to your job. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep booking, payment and chat records for as long as needed to run the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@serveasehub.com. You can also delete your account from within the app.
Children
ServEaseHub is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
