Which cities do you cover?
ServEaseHub is built for the whole of Pakistan. We are onboarding verified providers city by city, so coverage keeps growing — join the launch list and we will tell you the moment we reach yours.
What services can I book?
Seven categories: cleaning, plumbing, electrical, AC services, painting, beauty, and mechanic services. Each category covers a range of specific jobs.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card, or with cash on service. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Why is only 20% charged when I book by card?
The 20% deposit confirms your slot and reserves the provider's time. The remaining 80% is charged automatically when your scheduled service time arrives, so there is nothing to sort out on the day.
What does "escrow-protected" actually mean?
Your payment is held by ServEaseHub rather than being sent straight to the provider. It is only released once the job is complete — and you get a 24-hour window to raise a dispute before that happens.
Can I pay in cash instead?
Yes. Choose Cash on Service at checkout and pay your provider directly once the work is finished. Nothing is charged to a card.
How do I cancel a booking?
Cancel from the app. It is free up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Cancelling later than that may incur a fee, because your provider has already reserved the slot.
What if my provider does not turn up?
If they have not started more than an hour past your scheduled time, you can cancel from the app for a full refund. It is also recorded against the provider’s account.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Raise a dispute in the app within 24 hours of the job being marked complete, and attach photos. Our team reviews both sides and decides on a full refund, a partial refund, or release to the provider.
Are providers really verified?
Yes. Every provider is reviewed and approved by our admin team before they can accept any booking. Verification includes CNIC front and back, business registration where applicable, and a selfie check.
Can I message my provider?
Yes, there is in-app chat for every booking. Sharing phone numbers or other contact details is blocked, so the whole conversation stays on the platform and can be reviewed if there is ever a dispute.
How does the 30% launch offer work?
At launch, every service gets a flat 30% discount — no points required, available to everyone. This is separate from our loyalty tiers.
How is that different from the Platinum tier?
The launch offer is a limited-time promotion open to all new users. The tiers (Bronze 5%, Silver 10%, Gold 20%, Platinum 30%) are the ongoing loyalty programme you unlock by earning points over time.
How do I earn points?
Complete your profile (+50), invite a friend (+30 each), sign up with a friend's code (+30), make your first booking (+100), refer 5 friends in a month (+200), or complete 5 bookings in a month (+300).
How do I become a service provider?
Sign up in the app as a Service Provider, add your business details and services, and submit your verification documents. Once our team approves you, your services go live.
What does it cost providers to join?
There is no joining fee. ServEaseHub takes a commission on each completed booking — deducted at payout for card jobs, or settled from your in-app wallet for cash jobs.
Is there emergency service at night?
Yes, emergency booking runs 24/7. You can filter by distance, see a fixed rate before booking, and track your provider's live ETA once they accept.
